Profile: clean/balanced, citric fine aroma, creamy body, malt, tropical notes (zapote) (Med Roast)

This is the the indigenous, higher end bean of El Salvador which is known for it’s unique flavor. I was inspired to carry this farm through my friends at Tierra Bendita, the neighboring farm.
