ETHIOPIAN YIRGACHEFFE COFFEE
Traditional Ethiopian coffee is brewed with the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, in a Jebena clay pot. This brings out a strong aromatic flavor and smell.

TURKISH COFFEE
Traditional Turkish coffee is brewed in the customary copper pot with a traditional dash of spice (cardamom or cinnamon). Caramelized Sugar is optional upon request.

CUBAN COFFEE
Traditional Cuban Coffee is brewed in the customary Moka pot and mixed with a caramelized sugar. Bean may vary, dark roast will be used accordingly and during the mobile experience the espresso machine will be used for same flavor and texture.
